Veteran Voice, Unyielding Justice: Standing Up Against Injustice

My Story

My objective is to shed light on the political corruption I have encountered. I was unjustly targeted and prosecuted for exposing governmental misconduct. My aim is to educate the public, seek legal assistance, and advocate for political reform.

As a whistleblower with firsthand experience of political corruption, I am looking to raise awareness about similar issues and promote advocacy for change. I seek to empower others to stand up against corruption, as I have. In solidarity with this cause, I am wearing a white and gold whistleblower shirt as a symbol of our collective commitment.

Confrontation at Stem’s Event - January 14, 2023

On January 14, 2023, I attended a Stem's event. During this event a city council member approach me with a man while yelling in my face, stating that I was not allowed to record the event. At that time, I left the event and drove to the police station along with other wittiness to report on the councilwoman action and shared a recording of what happened.

Investigative Shortcomings and Appeal

During the trial, the detectives and police officer involved in the case admitted that they had not conducted a thorough investigation and had simply followed orders. Due to these shortcomings, the case is currently under appeal. Despite this, the same prosecutor has recharged me with criminal slander, which I believe is a clear case of prosecutorial misconduct intended to silence me.

Challenges in Identifying the City Prosecutor

I have repeatedly contacted the city government to obtain information about the city prosecutor, Al Rosenbaum. However,I was informed that there is no city prosecutor by that name. After exhausting other avenues, I turned to online resources and social media to find information. I shared an article that I believed to be accurate, given the lack of available information.
